I recently started working with Aaron, Joseph and team to host my property. They are fantastic professionals, very responsive and takes good care of the property and more importantly open for my suggestions and fulfill my requests at ease. I particularly wanted to give a shout out to Joseph (My property manager), he is always available for a discussion and his coordination is supreme and I’m completely satisfied and happy to have left my property with them to manage. If you are someone looking out for a property manager, I would highly recommend Aaron, Joseph and rest of optinest team.

Aaron was confident that Optinest would be able to manage our small cottage Airbnb on acreage, however we had recurrent complaints from guests about cleanliness (photos included), Aaron often refunding clients as a result. Additionally, Optinest were unable to manage the required tradespeople (despite us providing contacts) to ensure that the water tank was kept full and trees cut for truck access. We terminated our agreement early.

I highly recommend Optinest.I researched and contacted a number of other companies but chose to deal with Optinest because of the quality of service.I needed advice on how to set up my apartment, and the bigger companies produced nice looking documents with income predictions (without seeing the apartment) but weren't really helpful. They seemed rushed when when I spoke over the phone, or could only set up calls with property managers a week away, whereas I wanted to get moving. One offered me a furniture package but wouldn't tell me the price of it unless I signed up.When I called Optinest, Aaron had a long conversation with me, and the next day visited the apartment, giving me invaluable advice and confidence with no pressure to sign up. Over the next weeks as I set up the apartment, Aaron continued providing advice and answering my questions - all without any conditions.

Aaron has been a fantastic host through our one month stay in Melbourne. Attentive and prompt with our questions and requests. The house we rented through Optinest was a pleasure to stay in, it was clean, spacious and with a fantastic location - exactly as promised in the photos. Everything we needed was in place and ready for us upon arrival. We had a comfortable and amazing stay in Melbourne with Optinest, will definitely be in contact again for future visits. Thank you Aaron!
