Our Mission

Optinest has been founded by Aaron and Nick back in 2017, we were focusing on providing services such as cleaning, linens and maintenance to other short stay agents Australian wide. It didn’t take long for us to realize how important it is for any short stay management agents to have in-bound service teams, although 90% of the companies out there have been based on no local teams or just hiring one ground man but simply outsourcing to contractors.

We witnessed the struggles for those managing agents and let downs for landlords because of that. At beginning of 2018, We decided to take on what they could not handle which was establishing all services in-bounding. Believe me, it was not a easy path, during the start We had budgeting problems, quality control struggles , logistic barrels , etc. We have faced several do or die moments and company was on the line in the first few months

Fortunately, in the middle of 2018 David Gao had joined our company and brought latest technology and funding to help us get thro the difficult times. We have been on a jet flying up since then.

Today, at Optinest, we can proudly announce that in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast we have successfully set up operation teams in each city. We have our own system to streamline on boarding process, managing listings on multiple platforms, 24/7 call centre, housekeeping teams with hotel Standard linens and fast responding maintenance teams.  At the beginning of 2019, our listings number has passed 200 milestone.

In this short stay booming era, there are opportunities and risks coming together.
