We offer one simple and straightforward pricing option that suits all needs.

We charge an ongoing management fee of 18% of your property’s rental income, plus GST, and a one-off onboarding fee of $880. That onboarding fee covers professional photography, the initial clean and linen drop-off, and lockbox set-up. Properties that need extra work before they can be listed are quoted separately, and we tell you the figure before anything starts. There are no other fees in our pricing structure.

We currently manage 400 short-stay properties across Victoria, Brisbane and Hobart. Across that portfolio our owners average 75% occupancy, a 4.7 guest rating, and 25% more income than the same property would earn as a long-term rental.

Our 18%+GST management fee structure offers flexible terms for property owners. Owners are free to utilise their properties for personal use or convert them to long-term rentals anytime. We aim to provide a versatile option that accommodates the diverse needs of home owners. Rest assured, our pricing structure is designed to guarantee transparency and flexibility for our clients.
